I smelled something stinking in Dauphin County

I was never not shy in digging. I smelled something stinking in Dauphin County. I have contacted News sources for this case I am filing a complaint with the Judicial Review on allowing partners to appear before him, giving his partner special treatment if you know what I mean.

This judge has been sued for defamation and slander.  unfair practice and violation of due process only no one was able to place 1+1 together. Judge Bratton lied in a ruling about Martsolf stating he has no personal interest in this case YET he did and I am going to post this ruling on line since everything placed in a court record is public.
