Bruce Franklin Bratton is under Federal investigation as a corrupt Judge in Dauphin County. Meanwhile Ata Richard Zandieh as well as his mother Joyce Zandieh and her husband, Behzad was seen on Market Street in Highspire and his parents still continue to state they do not know where Ata lives or is hiding. Ata has 3 arrest warrants out for his arrest and the Police in Highspire as well as the Police in Harrisburg refuse to act on these warrants under someones orders..... Maybe Bratton has something to with this. I shall keep you updated as this folds out.
